Our program seeks to reduce injury rates, promote more efficient and effective movements, and enable student-athletes body synchronization and optimal control of their bodies during competition. In addition, our intent is to focus on the long-term development and performance of student-athletes. We strive to teach the value of personal discipline, character, nutritional guidance, commitment, and the subordination of self-interest to the higher goal of team achievement. We will also continue to safely challenge student-athletes to seek out success now and in the future.
