Coach Manogin's History

 

Throughout his career, Coach Manogin has 19 years of experience in physical therapy, human performance, sports concentration management, and fitness. He has served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for various local schools and training camps, and has trained athletes who have been drafted into the NFL and other leagues

 

Coach Manogin is committed to assisting clients and students of all ages and fitness levels in achieving their fitness objectives. He is dedicated to their well-being, with the ultimate goal of enabling them to adopt healthy lifestyles.

Loyal customers are provided monthly or yearly contracts at a discounted rate.

My Inspiring Weight Loss Journey:
How I Shed 50 Pounds in 12 Months

In August of 2019, I embarked on a mission to lose weight before my upcoming birthday. At first, I started walking in the park four times a week after work. However, the progress was slow, and I knew I needed to find something more effective. That's when I discovered Hip Hop Aerobics through a social media ad. I decided to give it a try with a female coworker, and it turned out to be a fun and challenging way to burn calories.
 
To accelerate my progress, I began spending 30 minutes at the gym before the class on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. In January 2020, I set a goal to become more active and lose weight within 4-5 months. Our class held weight-in challenges every Tuesday, which helped me maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine. I followed a hip hop-inspired grocery list, avoiding red meat and pork and opting for healthy protein sources like salmon, vegetables, and fruits. Additionally, I drank core and body armor water.
 
As I became more determined, I decided to work with Coach Manogin, who helped me to tone my body with intense workouts. When the Covid shutdown happened in April, I didn't let that deter me. I persisted with my daily exercise routine and even shared a food diary with Coach Manogin. During the spring and summer months, I added more cardio to my routine, walking 6, 10, and even 12 miles.
 
Thanks to Coach Manogin's guidance and support, I achieved my goal of losing over 50 pounds. This journey taught me the importance of staying active and eating healthily for a fulfilling life. I've learned never to give up and will continue to strive towards being the best version of myself. Remember, if you're unhappy with your body, it's time for a positive change. You don't need a doctor to tell you that.
